We uphold impartiality through risk-based safeguards and transparent, documented decision-making; maintain personnel competence through ongoing training and formal evaluations; provide accurate, evidence-based certification that meets customer, legal, and regulatory requirements; and safeguard client information at all times. We keep stakeholders informed with clear, accurate updates on processes and certification status, drive continual improvement through internal audits, management reviews, and customer feedback, and implement timely corrective and preventive actions to sustain compliance with accreditation requirements and international best practices.
Impartiality Statement
Technotex Testing & Quality Assurance Limited (Technotex) maintains an impartiality policy that ensures certification activities are free from internal or external pressures—personal, professional, advocacy, commercial, or financial—and that all certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence by competent decision-makers independent of audit delivery. To safeguard neutrality, Technotex does not provide consultancy that could compromise impartiality and will not certify any entity it has advised. The organization enforces zero tolerance for bribery, undue influence, gifts, hospitality, or other benefits, and enables confidential reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation.
Appeal and Complaint Policy
Technotex Testing & Quality Assurance Limited (Technotex) maintains and enforces an Appeals and Complaints Policy that safeguards impartiality, confidentiality, transparency, and fairness across all inspection and certification activities. We provide clear, accessible channels for submitting cases, acknowledge receipt within 48 hours, and ensure prompt resolution by personnel who were not involved in the original decision. Outcomes and decisions are communicated in an evidence-based, transparent manner while protecting confidentiality, and the insights are used to drive continual improvement of our management system and services. Accountability is defined the Top Management holds overall responsibility for implementation, the Quality Manager oversees and monitors all cases, and the Chair of Impartiality leads fair, independent decisions on appeals.
Anti-Corruption & Bribery
Technotex Testing & Quality Assurance Limited enforces a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption across all operations and jurisdictions, requiring full compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws and accreditation expectations. The policy prohibits offering, requesting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or improper gifts of any kind; mandates risk-aware, independent certification decisions free from financial, commercial, or personal influence; and provides secure, confidential channels to report concerns to the Chair of Impartiality without fear of retaliation. All personnel receive ongoing guidance on ethical conduct and anti-bribery protocols, and confirmed breaches trigger proportionate disciplinary action, up to and including legal proceedings. Responsibilities are defined— the Top Management ensures implementation and periodic review, the Quality Manager oversees compliance, training, and incident records, and every employee must promptly report suspected violations.
